Really, pushing people out into the street, arresting a man knowing you're being filmed with a huge cigar in your mouth, and that awesome PD mantra, "You're under arrest now, buddy!" Apparently, some PD don't realize pride and ego go before the fall... A uniform of any kind comes with the responsibility as a civil servant, not a civil tyrant.
